How to make the best iced coffee: an easy recipe for a home-made version of what you can get in Starbucks!

Ingredients
1tspInstant Coffee
¼ cup/ 60 mlWarm Waternot boiling
½ cup/ 120 ml Milkof choice - you may not need it all
6-10Ice Cubes
Sugar or flavoured syrups optional
Instructions
Add the instant coffee to your favourite glass. Add the warm water to the glass and stir until the coffee has dissolved.
[optional] Add in 1 tsp of flavoured syrup, sugar, maple syrup or honey. If you are using sugar, I recommend using slightly warmer water to ensure the sugar dissolves.
Add ice cubes to the coffee until the level of the coffee on the glass has increased twofold.
Top up the glass with your milk of choice and enjoy immediately!
Notes
If you prefer a less creamy latte (similar to a cold brew), substitute some of the milk for cold filtered water.
