You will need:

FREEZE

Freeze some coconut milk in an ice cube tray.

Add the cookie dough ingredients to a bowl.

STIR

Stir together and add the chocolate chips.

Portion out the cookie dough into small balls.

Add the ice cream ingredients to a blender.

Blend until smooth and creamy.
