HOW TO MAKE:

Chilli Mogo

1. MOGO (CASSAVA) 2. CORNSTARCH 3. OIL  4. RED ONION  5. GINGER + GARLIC 6. TOMATOES 7. SPICES 8. KETCHUP 9. SOY SAUCE 

You will need:

FRY

Coat boiled mogo in cornstarch + fry until crisp.

SAUTE

Saute onion, pepper, garlic, ginger until soft.

ADD

Add chopped tomatoes and water.

Add the spices, soy sauce and ketchup.

ADD

Add the fried chunks of mogo/cassava.

ADD

Stir to coat the mogo and serve immediately.
