CHILLI MOGO

STEP 1

Fry chunks of boiled mogo (cassava) until crisp.

STEP 2

Saute onion, pepper, ginger + garlic until soft.

STEP 3

Add chopped tomatoes and water.

STEP 4

Add spices, soy sauce + ketchup to form a sticky sauce.

STEP 5

Add the crispy mogo chunks.

STEP 6

Stir until coated. Enjoy!
